Tic tac (2)

We use to think of time as something almost concrete, given its omnipresence in our lives ever since we were born. We count years until we hit 18 and get our driver license; months til the holidays; days until the so-expect weekend travel; hours until the end of the classes; minutes til that very import meeting; and seconds til the long dreamed kiss. Our lives are based upon these very imaginary concepts we use to count the nonetheless imaginary time.

However, we often face moments which seem to mess up all these perfectly well-established notions we have. We may have some friends for a long time, and we feel like we need years to develop a good friendship. But then we go out, meet someone, and in a couple of days it feels like we're best friends! It didn't even take a month to feel so! How come?

Nature is always defying our concepts.

Time is a very useful construct, as well as God is. But do they exist in reality?
